Signs of the Swarm Nintendo Switch 2 Contest — Official Rules

  1. Eligibility
    The Signs of the Swarm Nintendo Switch 2 Contest (the “Contest”) is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada (excluding the province of Quebec) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. The Contest is sponsored by Signs of the Swarm, referred to in these Official Rules as the “Sponsor.” Employees, representatives, and agents of Signs of the Swarm, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, sibling, or child) and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win.

  2. How to Enter
    There are two (2) ways to enter the Contest:

  • Purchase-Based Entry: Eligible participants will receive one (1) entry for every $10 USD spent (excluding taxes and shipping) on official Signs of the Swarm merchandise during the Contest Period via any of the following websites:

  • Bonus Entry Offer: Purchases made between May 2, 2025 and August 21, 2025 at 11:59 PM EDT receive double entries (i.e., 2 entries per $10 USD spent).

    There is no limit on the number of entries earned through qualifying purchases.

  • Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without making a purchase, text #SOTSwitch to +1 (724) 538-7976 during the Contest Period. Limit one (1) free entry per person using this method. Standard messaging rates may apply.

  1. Contest Period
    The Contest begins on May 2, 2025 at 12:00 AM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) and ends on November 18, 2025 at 11:59 PM EDT (the “Contest Period”). Entries submitted outside of the Contest Period will not be eligible.

  2. Prize
    One (1) winner will receive a Nintendo Switch 2 “Mario Kart World” Bundle, with a custom Signs of the Swarm Nintendo Switch 2 skin pre-applied to the console (the “Prize”).

  • Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $550 USD

  • Quantity: One (1) Prize awarded in total

Prize Conditions and Limitations:

  • Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

  • No cash alternative or substitution will be offered, except in the event the advertised prize becomes unavailable, in which case a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted.

  • The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs not specifically stated as included in the Prize.

  • Sponsor is not responsible for delays in availability or shipping due to manufacturing or distributor issues.

  • Nintendo is not a sponsor, endorser, or affiliate of this contest.

  1. Winner Selection
    One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The drawing will be conducted privately by or on behalf of the Sponsor and will take place on or before November 30, 2025. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

  2. Winner Notification
    The selected winner will be notified using the contact method associated with their entry:

  • For entries made via merchandise purchase, the winner will be contacted by email using the address provided at checkout.

  • For entries made via SMS, the winner will be contacted by SMS message or phone call using the number used to enter.

The selected winner must respond to the notification within seventy-two (72) hours to claim the Prize. If the winner does not respond within the required timeframe, or is found to be ineligible, the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner by random draw from the remaining eligible entries.

  1. Contest Promotion and Hosting
    This Contest is hosted and the Official Rules are posted on signsoftheswarm.com.

Entries through merchandise purchases must be made at one of the following authorized websites:

The Contest may be promoted via Signs of the Swarm’s official social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and other platforms. This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform.

  1. General Conditions and Void Where Prohibited
    This Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law. By participating, entrants agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest.
